Excavate creative products, promote technological innovation in the freeze-dried food industry, and create a stage for young people to enjoy food creativity. Fujian Amelicare Bio-tech Co.,Ltd.and Fujian Food Science and Technology Association jointly organized the first "Ouruiyuan Cup" Fujian Food Innovation Competition, Zhangzhou Individual and Private Economic Association, Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College Freeze-dried Food College, Zhangzhou University Alumni Association co-organized. With the theme of "Freeze-dried Product Innovation", the competition was launched in April this year. A total of 112 plans were received from 15 universities. In order to promote the efficient progress of the participating projects, experts were invited to carefully review, and a total of 47 plans were selected for the semi-finals.
On December 1, 14 experts from universities, enterprises, industry associations and media were invited to conduct on-site evaluation of the final products. The expert group reviewed the product report and creative video, tasted the product, and conducted comprehensive evaluation and scoring from the aspects of product innovation, nutrition and health value, convenience and delicacy, food safety and shelf life, appearance, taste, packaging design and product report quality. Finally, 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 8 third prizes, 1 best creativity award and 3 best organization awards were selected, combined with the online publicity effect of the video, the best video award was finally selected.
This is the first innovation competition hosted by Orientland Group , through which a number of creative and practical works have been excavated. The creativity is novel, the products are convenient and delicious, the packaging design is exquisite, and the video screen is eye-catching, which fully demonstrates the innovation ability, practical ability and teamwork ability of college students in Fujian Province. In the follow-up, Ouruiyuan Group will continue to play its own role, build an exchange platform for innovative talents in colleges and universities, combine its own advantages, actively participate in the collaborative education of schools and enterprises, promote the in-depth integration of industry, university and research, and empower the development of food innovation and development in Fujian Province. it has promoted the development of the freeze-drying industry in the direction of nutrition, health, delicacy, safety and convenience.
